"First time visiting this store and I must say very horrible staff. Some of the female workers are rude and nasty. I was browsing and the female staff kept hovering near me, without asking if i require any help, i noticed they were signalling one another to “keep an eye” on me. I have never felt so disgusted in my life. I was dressed very well. These woman made me feel like I am some sort of shop lifter. Disgusting poor attitude. Truly showed that they are just as nasty on the outside. I will never visit this store again. Avoid at all costs."

"The worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered 8 matching knobs for some cupboards and one arrived damaged. I sent this back and ordered a replacement but they then sent the incorrect knob. So I contacted them again to try and get the matching one but they had to "check with the distribution centre" that they sent the wrong one which took a week and a half, only for them to confirm the mistake and let me know the matching knob was now out of stock. So I requested a refund of the remaining 7 knobs as there was no point in having them as they're not complete set but because they were already "used" (Fitted) they are now refusing to refund me. Do not trust this company."

"I was at the store on Sunday 5 June to pick up an online order which I could see was ready for pickup at the store by checking the status at the link provided. The shop attendant barely looked at my order, didn't take my order number or write down my details and just asked for my first name (which is foreign so I seriously doubt she would know how to spell it!). She then returned saying there was nothing. I tried to insist to double check, being mindful that she really didn't take any real information from me but she was adamant that she cannot help and I should check again on Thursday. However on Thursday I could see in the order status that my order was cancelled because it arrived to the store on Saturday (hence it had been there when I tried to pick it up!!) and they hold items ONLY FOR 48HRS! So this is a one star for both the shop, for the lack of attention (I was the only customer at the time, can't say the staff were under much pressure!!!) and for the policy of the retailer for keeping items so briefly, unlike any other store I ever shopped from. As a cherry on top, my item is no longer available to purchase online."

"Staff were really helpful here after Christmas when I took back a mug which was slightly damaged. They couldn't exchange in store but they ordered me a replacement online with free postage which came the next day. I was really impressed with the service. Thank you."
