"Special shout out to Supervisor Jacob who possesses zero customer service skills. Really terrible service unfortunately. Made the mistake of misplacing the paperwork from an online order. Needed to return an item and thought the email receipt would be sufficient. It wasn’t. I waited - no exaggeration - 25 mins for them making two different phone calls to try to get a receipt number. They finally gave up and processed the refund manually by hand writing a receipt and sending the item off instead of putting it through their til system. Why didn’t they do this in the first place? Most disappointing thing was there was no ‘I’m sorry this is taking so long’. No explanation of what was happening, I had to ask them."
