"Waited since the 22 June 2022, been told different days for delivery, and for some wrong cheap one to be delivered, The men could not wait to get it up the stairs, for me to even realise. :( Sleep means everything!! I am sad that I have a broken, painful lower back, that i just come out of hospital again for, and now have to try sleep on my sofa! for another more 2 days. Waiting for my one i chosen to be delivered. As they said. I have no storage for this cheap mattress, it will now cause me alot of bother moving around to get to things in my tiny flat. "I ordered a4ft bed and mattress plus a bed side cabinet it took 3 weeks to come which I thought ok no problem anyway came today very disappointed the bed was 4ft6(double) the mattress was 4ft and rubbish the one I took of was in better condition, am only buying this because my daughter didn’t want anything for Xmas so I suggested a new bed not realising the mattress she had is only 2 years old and a lot better than the one they sent. Anyway I phoned the shop up straight away about sending me the wrong size bed the fella on the phoned promised to send the right one first thing in morning plus put it up for us, I haven’t mentioned about the mattress but I will in morning"

"I have always bought flat pack until my friend pointed me to Charmwood Furniture, at first I thought just like all the rest of the shops I'd been in until I spoke to the staff. I was able to tailor make my daughters bedroom furniture, ok you have to wait 2-3 weeks for it but they delivered it when I wanted carried it to their bedroom as it comes ready to use, placed it checked it and took the packing away. The quality and build is second to none, hence I've ordered more."
