The manager would not refund or replace it, saying they haven't had one back before and there was no visible damage to the packaging. After I contacted the help line they advised me to take it to a different Argos store. I did and they replaced it with an apology. Well done Argos Rice Lane Liverpool. Very bad show Argos E. "Staff were rude, unhelpful and patronising. Didn’t let me collect an order for my elderly mother who had to then travel 40 mins to be told our order had been cancelled which wasn’t the case at all. Wouldn’t recommend, save yourself the time and effort."
