"Celebrity Beyond was amazing. Everything about the cruise was perfection. However, the company are let down hugely by their Customer Services. Waiting hours on the phone to speak to someone, then eventually giving up. Given up after holding for two and a half hours. Every attempt is the same. Totally unacceptable. Will not book with them again for this reason. Email is not much better. Been trying to resolve a problem with them for almost 4 months and no nearer to getting it sorted. No one takes ownership of the problem. Someone different looks at my emails each time and they don't read the email thread, so I have to go through the same story every time."
