"absolutely mortified that the manager of this play center thinks it’s acceptable to shout at children and make them cry instead of coming to a parent and discussing the issue. when ( as an adult ) i approached her on the matter of making my child cry her response was it’s my play center. how ridiculous. this lady is obviously not very well educated when it comes down to knowing how to run a childrens play center, children come here to have fun , laugh , feel safe. not the opposite. if a child is misbehaving in any sort of way or doing somthing that’s against fun times policy then a member of staff or a manager should approach the parent not the child. apprently she heard my child say a swear word in her play center. ( well she thinks it was my child but wasn’t 100% ) so took it upon herself to shout at him , and threatened to kick him out . He’s 6 years of age. As a parent it is my responsibility to speak to my child and teach him wright from wrong, not hers!! especially when she wasn’t 100% sure it was even him. For her to then laugh and smerk about it when i approach her to tell her it’s not acceptable whilst my child is crying his eyes out is just pure evil. i will never return here , from all the play centres we have been too ( space world , jungle fun , velocity , fun arena , i have never experienced management like it ! rude and very uneducated when it comes to small children. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR SUPPORT THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS"

"The staff in here are lovely with the children. Really clean, good value for money and a great layout. Been coming here for about 4 years and haven’t had a bad experience. I always phone to check if it’s open though as sometimes it opens later when there is a private party on."
