I was served by Jennifer who was extra-helpful - bringing me different ones to look at so I could compare against the old one I had with me. It was really nice to be looked after like that, for a trivial, £20 purchase. Very pleased and I hope her management let her know what a great job she's doing."

"Posting on behalf of my partner who is a builder who has been a longstanding customer for 20+ years. Frustratingly they have changed out all of their catalogues for tablets which for a majority of builders (generalising yes) can just about send texts and make phone calls let alone use a tablet. You have to know exactly what you want, with exact spelling which seems really backward way of finding what you are looking for. Not many people know the exact name and so they have lost a customer here unfortunately and I'm sure more to come."
