"This is a bad company. I wish i can give them 0, their level of unprofessionalism and lies are too much. people should avoid them as they are interested in the deposit more than selling the ticket itself. My husband paid a deposit of £90 and they later called him there's an increase in the ticket and needs to pay extra. He told them he's not interested so they should cancel it and refund the deposit but they are refusing to refund the deposit . I will report them in few days if they don't refund the deposit . Their level of scamming is too much and they can't go free with this one."

"If I could rate this a zero I would. Paid £100 deposit for my flights in June 2022. I was due to fly out in December. I found out flight clicks cancelled my flights months later when I checked my booking details with the airline directly. I asked for my deposit 6 weeks ago which they said they would give to me but I haven’t received it. Also the staff are so rude. This travel agency is a SCAM!"

"I strongly advise not to make use of this travel agent at all. Just buy from the airline directly or any organised/ reliable travel agent with track record of empathy. Their employee named Jay Richards gave me 100% assurance even when I called multiple times to pay the balance. He told me do not worry to pay now and gave me a specific date close to my travelling date. I called several times before and on the given date and this week only for him to say there is a remark on the flight (Airline no longer flying for that date/ longer waiting hours). He has no empathy and unable to understand how it feels to have wasted time and now prices of ticket has gone super high and expecting me to pay the difference. Sweet talking me with a voucher that can only be used in the future but not usable to resolve the issue at hand. I regretted the day I set my eyes on Flight Clicks online. Very painful experience."

"Booked a flight to Kathmandu in August to fly in November with Qatar from Manchester,paid £50 deposit,confirmed by Flight Clicks with flight and booking reference etc, checked several times assured tickets would be available this week even though the booking was no longer showing on Qatar booking system! Suddenly advised after chasing up this week no longer available! booking agent had left the business!then offered flight's on different dates at £300+ more! Had to re arrange booked tour in Nepal now for spring 2023! What a mess and totally unprofessional! Now waiting to see when my £50 deposit will be repaid! Hanza Ali the new agent has been helpful but hasn't been able to offer substitute flights at the same price. Not a happy customer"

"COMPLETE SCAM. Needs reporting. Reserved a ticket, took deposit and informed me that I’ll pay the balance a month before I travel. Never got in touch, when I called, told me that my flight hasn’t been confirmed. Went ahead to give me a fresh quotation twice the original quote. When I asked for my deposit. The agent was very rude. His name is David Dawson. An Indian man with an English name. A scam company that needs reporting. Have no dealings with them. SCAM! SCAM!! SCAM!!!"
