"One of the worst coach companies I've ever come across, regularly late for set school runs and leaving primary school children in the cold waiting on a busy road for 45 minutes. I've experienced such poor service that drivers don't even know the route correctly and have to ask the children to direct them, and that's even if they turn up at all. Very disappointed with the service and warn all parents not to use this company if you want to keep your children safe."
