"The salon is very clean and the staff are very polite. They have good communication skills and explains everything in details. They take pride in their job and does awesome nails.l will recommend it anyway."
"Lee May’s used to be my favourite of the three nail salons in the local area, but it’s quality has significantly gone down. It’s a shame bc most of the people in there are really nice and friendly. But the quality you used to get isn’t there anymore. Manicure is sloppy and have you to really watch to make sure they actually get all the cuticles and clean up any polish on your skin. I had to ask 3 times to properly attend to the mistakes that had been made during filing, cutting, and painting. Last time I went, my shellac manicure completely peeled off in less than a week. Save yourself money and go to either of the other places near by where the manicures last the appropriate amount of time."
"Love getting my nails done here! Excellent quality for Shellac mani pedis and also acrylics. Best price in the neighbourhood"
"Have been going to Lee May's for a while now and they are always lovely and friendly and always make time to fit me in. I usually see Maya who does a great job at the designs I ask for an always checks that I am happy with her work, even when I change my mind and ask to see 5 different colours! Would recommend to anyone :)"
"EXCELLENT! I walked in on a dreary December evening after Lockdown 2.0. It was quiet, only one other customer doing her nails and an available technician. They were able to take me for a walk in gel pedicure. My technician Jessica was so nice, polite, professional and so gentle with my toes which have apparently been through a war this year. One toenail had fallen off completely unbeknownst to me and my big toenail had cracked in half horizontally! Jessica didn't make me feel embarrassed at all and did a thorough and relaxing pedicure. My toes actually look perfect now including Jessica repairing my broken nail and (at my request) painting my toe with no nail to look as though it had a nail. The salon is VERY clean including the toilet and all C19 measures are in place including a disposable giant plastic liner for the pedicure bowl. When I went to pay, much to my mortification I was £3 short but they let me off. I promised to return with the money the next day but they refused. I was so embarrassed that I went to find a cash point and returned with the money within ten minutes but they refused to accept it! I know £3 is not a lot of money but kindness is in short supply these days and they didn't even charge me extra to repair my broken nail. The customer service, technique and hygiene is exemplary and they now have a new customer."
