"Okay, so the first time I came here I was so happy. Nadia, the technician that works there did an incredible job on tinting and waxing brows, as well as lifting my lashes. The eyelash tinting is quite irritating for me, so definitely get a patch test done. One wasn’t required for my first time which was odd. The second visit was around 4.5 weeks later, where I booked in for the same treatments.( Not being aware that you should leave lash lift treatments at least 6 weeks apart) also no warning on their website or booking system- which should be available for customers to see and front of house should have the knowledge from our customer files to advise against this. Anyway, I went for my appointment. I also had a pedicure, which was fantastic. The rest, was a huge disappointment. My brows were fine but a little uneven on the waxing side of things but still, I was happy. The disaster is my poor lashes, 5 weeks later and they’re still an over curled mess. It wasn’t only until I was halfway the lift that my eyes began to really burn and I told Nadia who took it off straight away. She asked when I last had my previous lift and I told her. She said I need to make sure to have a long break now to give my lashes a rest. I couldn’t see them properly after she’d finished as my eyes were so blurry from the chemicals. I left and saw them at home and they had curled back on themselves in multiple directions and despite putting oil on them to try to rectify the mess a little, it didn’t work. I emailed them directly to complain. No response. I then emailed again to complain and to cancel any further appointments. Again, no reply just an automated email to say my appointment had been cancelled. No apology, no offer of trying to put the mess right. It’s not Nadia’s fault, it’s a booking and salon error and I wasn’t not apologised to. Just be careful visiting here. I’ve edited this as they have finally replied - that is an absolute lie, I’ve had no phone calls or emails from you. Please don’t use this review system to make yourself look better in the eyes of the public. I have received nothing from you, until now."

"So amazing! I had a wonderful experience today in Leon Beauty. I went with no appointment as it was a last minute call and luckily there was an empty slot. I had hard gel infills and Leon pedicure with Alex. She was professional and very focused. She understood what I wanted from the beginning and she even made her own recommendations which I followed … and the result was excellent . I will definitely coming back after my holidays."
