"Went to Luxe Beauty to get my eyebrows done after they were out of shape and little messed up from my usual parlour. I had two big gaps in one of my eyebrows however Sharon there was so friendly and helpful, she perfectly fixed my eyebrows and gave them a good shape while hiding the gaps and even recommended good tips and oil for eyebrow hair growth. "This beauty hub should be shut down, there are multiple ongoing issues listed below: 1. None of the staff are adequately trained. They lack professionalism. The place is ‘instgarammable’ and that’s about it. I would avoid going here for any kind of treatment. 2. The lady left me with cuts on my eye after threading my eyebrows. The thread kept snapping and my eyebrows were left red, sore and bleeding. 3. The lady had just eaten lunch and had not washed her hands before carrying out my treatment, the whole procedure was painful to sit through due to the smell. 4. Whilst I was having my eyebrows threaded, the lady’s long ponytail was going in my face. The staff do not tie their hair up or follow any sort of health and safety procedures. 5. The lady rushed my treatment because she left another customer to do my procedure. She was doing everything as fast as possible, not a pleasant experience. If you do not have the time or staff to carry out treatment, do not take customers on board as you are wasting their time and money. 6. The lady did such a poor job at waxing my upper lip she was embarrassed and only charged me half price. I was shocked that she was even making me pay, she left me with a rash on my upper lip because she did not know how to undertake proper waxing. She was putting the wax on my upper lip and not letting it to cool but ripping it straight off- several times in the same spot. My lip was red for a few days, and I had a wedding even to go to. 7. No one knows what they are doing and the whole business is money hungry. They do not care about their customers, only money. 8. I will give the salon one more try, if my third experience is as awful as my last two, I shall be reporting this business."
