"This unfortunately was one of the worst gel nails I’ve ever had. I had to ask a few times to clean up the mess around the cuticles, nail polish was put on on too thick which meant it leaked at the sides and all over the cuticles. The lady then tried to fix it by filing off all the excess but it was such a mess I said in the end to just leave it. I won’t be using the Salon again sadly"

"I came here last week for the first time for a wax as I am going on holiday soon. Staff were really friendly and the lady who treated me was very kind. However, unfortunately I was really unhappy with the results. Halfway through my treatments the lady was asked if she was almost done, and she hadn't even started doing some of the things I was there for. When she was finished I noticed there was still some hair in places but I didn't think too much of it. When I got home I actually realised there was still a lot of hair everywhere. I hardly ever get waxed, so this shouldn't have been an issue. Considering I did this to treat myself, I am really disappointed. They are trying to fit in too many customers with hardly any time to see them. Definitely not coming here again."

"Incredibly slow service so definitely don’t go if you’re in a rush. It took an hour and a half for just gel polish with no extensions. The polish looks ok but definitely not worth the time it took. The lady who did my nails was nice though."
