"Had nails done and both middle fingers were different sizes and they was saying it was my nail bed not the size of the nail which is rubbish as I've had my nails done many times before and they have always been the same size never going back there again not worth the money"
"One of the most terrible nail salons I have ever visited. Wan is extremely unprofessional and rude. I booked an appointment for 11.45 and I came in on time, someone who arrived later had an appointment for 12 and Wan took in this person instead. When I confronted her about this, she started raising her voice at me and using her hands aggressively. Absolutely would not recommend this salon whatsoever. If I could give 0 stars I would!"
"Really painfull My fingers are so sore today after having a new set of acrylic gentlemen who done nails very rough have been cut or burnt on nearly every nail and polish is commimg off after 1 day and once he took my money and he was sitting waiting for a tip which I didnt"
"Must have visited over 10+ times previously, usually have Wan who is lovely. Jon on the other hand was very rude, acted like I didn't have an appointment despite me calling just a few hours before to book, and them having virtually no one in the shop. He made 3 of my cuticles bleed while buffering my nails but didn't acknowledge this in any way. I felt pressured to leave the change as a tip despite him literally making me bleed. He should have insisted I take the change or even given me money off. I won't be returning ever again and I live around the corner but I'm willing to sacrifice the convenience in this instance."
