Only I answered your phone call it was clear for me I do not want to proceed further with people showing such a pretentiousness and rude attitude. I was not much wrong. She even dared to say I am causing disruptions on line thus instructing me how to use my phone correctly. Agencies... 220 000 homeless people in UK, 600 000 empty houses and government plans to build up 300 000 houses more..."
"Jadwiga Buczkowska (Office Administrator) is a racist, she doesn't know about customer service, she is pressured in answering questions and she will RAISE her voice to you as seems that it is your problem if she is so slow and being pressured by your queries. SO RUDE. The manager is beside the rude staff, and just allowing her colleagues to be rude over the phone. NEVER GO WITH THIS LETTING AGENT."
"The attitude of the woman I spoke to today is disgusting, disrespectful and has no manners after asking a simple question! Think she could do with some retraining on how to actually speak to people, manners and respect don’t cost a thing, trust me if anyone asks about your agency I will be warning them away. Finally after ten minutes I spoke to the manager of the office to get the answer to the question I initially asked. You don’t need to make things harder than they need to be."
"We have just stopped using this agency after a number of years as we have had enough. Getting any meaningful response is often difficult, thats if you get a response at all. When you do get in contact there is a very poor attitude. Money from rent was often not on time, and you have to constantly chase them. A tennant has left with arrears and no effort at all has been made by them to chase this up or even find out where they have gone "Services" they proved are often over priced and of such poor quality. Even cleaning after a tennant moved out resulted in me having to clean the house again, for which we were charged £150. Inspections were almost non existent, and after trusting them to inspect for damage over a couple of years (because it was their job to do so) has resulted in us having to pay for repairs from damages that tenants had caused because it wasn't picked up at the time. These include physical damage such as holes/dents in the walls, discolouration and smell caused by smoking which was not allowed, huge bolts being drilled into walls for TV brackets, bodged wiring tennants have added, and rooms being painted horrible colours without permission. Damage to a carpet, likely from a pet (which we did allow with a higher deposit) was replaced and it changed colour halfway up the stairs and this was apparently deemed acceptable!! Overall these people are unprofessional, lazy, rude and charge you too much for the privilege."
