"This is a large pub/ restaurant with rooms, owned by Greene King, on the outskirts of Wakefield. Food was very good; but the restaurant was understaffed, with long wait times to order and between courses. The restaurant/ pub area is huge with nice quiet nooks and crannies.The outside area is lovely. Rooms are well furnished and attractive. Staff were excellent."
"They've got the place looking amazing now and is right up there where it belongs. Unfortunately their seating for meals isn't the best when going in for a meal with service. Alternatively you can sit to the right and go to the bar with your request as we ended up doing."
