"We were just passing the other Saturday so popped in without booking for breakfast and Lara served us then, food was good and she booked us in again for Wednesday 15.03 breakfast as she said they do tend to get busy on a breakfast over the weekend so it’s best to book. We were more than happy to return. She was full of energy chatty and very friendly considering how early in the day it were certainly made us feel welcome. The food was good plates were hot and was more than happy to warm our pastries up and offer more cooked breakfast. Have to say both times we’ve come in for breakfast the food smells good, the cold buffet is all set up nicely and looks nice and our service has been excellent!"
"Ok but staff could do with a little more training, Asked for a Jameson's whiskey to finish with after a nice meal and it came in a half pint glass. The place itself is clean enough but nothing out the ordinary. Food was good but a little over priced for what we had. Could benefit with a few more expierienced staff, the ones serving us looked about 14 year old."
"Just had a great meal here. Staff really friendly and helpful. It is wheelchair friendly, lots of free parking vegetarian and vegan options. Children are welcome and are catered for with their own menu. The food we had was a carvery. It was hot, good variety and fab as Sunday lunch. Excellent value too. The pudding we chose was to die for! Black cherry sundae, wonderfully served by Jo Dem. Many thanks we will be back soon."
"As always we had a great meal. My wife's Atlantic cod and chips was well presented and she was more than happy with the taste. I opted for the mixed grill which was plentiful and well cooked. I particularly liked my rump steak which was done exactly as I wanted - not something which all chefs get right. Even though they were short staffed on the day, the staff on duty did a marvelous job."
