"Been using this vets for a while now and couldn't recommend them more. we recently had an emergency and the staff saw us straight away, getting river straight in for xrays and blood work and explaining everything to me thoroughly. I have also been seeing them regularly regarding an ongoing ear issue and they have been amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else. a special shout out to Lucy, Amy, jen and paige for going above and beyond and being so professional and caring."
"£75 to trim cats claws is outrageous Complained to receptionist and explained that the vet didn’t even examine the cat she said she would pass the details on but never heard anymore would of been nice to get some money back for such a terrible service. Just to follow upto your reply you say I had other things and consultation that is what I complained about to the receptionist it was hardly a consultation my cat didn’t get heart listened to or look in eyes or ears or feel tummy she just looked in one side of her mouth and only 1 side might I add and then gave me a quote for £900 to have teeth cleaned. The consultation you refer to was not worthy or done as previously it was no consultation believe me. I did express this to the receptionist that took the payment as I don’t feel I got the service I paid for but obviously the information wasn’t passed on!!!!"
"Truly ridiculous prices. £250 for bloods and 24ml gabepetin. Gabepetin comes in at £45 for 24ml. I have always had pets and never paid these prices before."
"I took my French Bulldog, Tia, yesterday as she was showing signs of back pain for the last few days. Tia was examined properly and all options were outlined to me by Vet Luke. Extremely friendly staff. I always feel like my concerns are taken seriously and that I'm listened to. Luke also pointed at, very quickly, an issue with her right knee dislocating. He again outlined our options for if this becomes a problem. He is also VERY educated on canine behaviour, learning theory/R+ training which is something I've never come across with Vets before. Very pleased with our experience!"
