"It would be great if I could come here once and get a trolley, there used to be 3 but I haven't seen any for a while now leaving me to juggle a 14kg bag of dried dog food, 18 pack of butchers dog food and a 2kg bag of guinea pig food.... Lucky me I didn't need any treats, hay or sawdust this time INVEST IN SOME TROLLEYS"
"Came for help with flea treatments. I needed the drops and tablets and cleaning products for the home. I couldn't find what I needed as it was lock away so went for help the guy went and found the lady with the keys who refused to open the box told me it was a sign up service only and walked off told me to ask behind the counter as they had other products behind the till. RUDE. If your wanting people to sign up to stuff talk to them tell them what it is and how it works dont Just walk off lol product I did manage to buy Beaphar Household Flea Powder 300g and Beaphar FIPROtec spoton both did nothing in anyway shape or form so I came back as thought I'd speak with the vets upstairs. Asked for a shampoo flea treatment they sold me ermidra. Now me being me took that lady who was the only one in the whole shop that I felt that listened as to what I was needing Took her word for it that this might help. Iv looked it up this product has nothing at all to do with treatment of fleas nothing at all in anyway might sooth him being MIGHT. And to the lady sat beside I found your eye ball rolls to be very rude it was a little dog probs nervous being in a strange place. Maybe find some ear plugs if it's that bad for you because it wasn't even my pet and I struggled to see what's you did. Let's just say I think it's best I find a new place to buy my things."
"Absolutely shocking communication. I genuinely feel that they do not care about the welfare of the animals. Issues include a usual 48 hour wait for bloods taking 7 weeks! Therefore leaving an animal neglected with no medication. A 2 hour wait for a routine appointment with no explanation as to why it took this long or an option to re book. Medication not being in stock even though they know it’s needed regularly. Me having to consistently call to remind them to sign a repeat prescription for weeks on ends and it not being done. When I sent an email to the practise manager to complain, the attitude was extremely poor. The response was clearly rushed. My name was wrong, information incorrect etc. Such a shame as some of the ladies have been lovely. I understand that emergencies can happen and there’s sometimes a lack of shortage of staff. But this is supposed to be a caring profession. I feel this has been lost and it’s all about making a profit, this is clearly their main priority. I will be moving practices with immediate effect and taking my complaint further."
"The Lady reception was super helpful when I wanted to buyva new hamster pet for my little one. She quickly got another colleague with the relevant expertise and the guy was super nice and told me all about the environment, food and ways for either Gerbil/Hamster and let me have time to decide. There was no rush into things and both were really helpful."
