"The staff were great, the room was warm, clean and aired. The meal in the evening was as good as I would expect. Those are all the positives. You brew two of the most fantastic beers on the planet and whenever I stay at a Marstons Inn they are what let you down consistently. I do not blame the staff at all but the company itself for not ensuring the systems are in place to serve the beer in peak condition"

"Iv spent 14 weeks here and dined most nights in the pub. The food is nice and has a reasonable price. The rooms in the annex are clean and well laid out with usb sockets and 230v near the bed."
"Only used the pub for a carvery meal. Everything was fresh and cooked nicely but 1 star less as veg wasn't very hot. Also 1 star less for the Wainwright beer that was a bit off. Overall a nice place to eat"
