"Over the new year I had some issues with my vision - long distance double vision. I went to the optician early January and the optometrist after the test recommended leaving it for a couple of weeks. I went back after the two weeks and my eyes were fairly close to where they were before, but still needed glasses. I need corrections and varifocals and the ladies spent a long time being able to get the glasses I needed. Happy with everything and thank you."

"I went in this place a week or so ago looking for some sun glasses. I was struggling to find exactly what I wanted and a member of staff was looking at me like I was something she'd stepped in instead of trying to help me. I don't know why because it isn't as if I look like a tramp. I dress quite smartly. I then went to another part of the shop to look at some more glasses and there was another member of staff talking to a customer but they were in the way of the glasses I wanted to look at and neither of them moved an inch even though it was obvious they were in my way. I did not feel much warmth in this place and felt happy to walk out without buying anything."
