Three members of your staff truly stand out, and perform consistently the world class service levels, exceeding all expectations. These members of staff are, Shelly, Abs, and Rakhee. I use M and S daily on my work commute, and I am always in a rush, yet, they not only excuse my erratic rushed behaviour, they deliver the best service possible with the kindest approach, in the most efficient manner. Having the clear demonstration of the speediest, most friendliest transaction with a smile, always calms me and gives me the reassurance I will get to work on time. I can not thank them enough, individually they all make my visit extra special. I find myself raving about their service every day I go to work, because each day they surprise me with their proactive, friendly, effective approach. They are all superstars.
