Today I went to Tesco Stores Ltd, 1505 Stratford Rd, Shirley, Solihull B90 4EN Needed to withdraw cash also needed to fill up the car with petrol which I didn’t end up doing because the cash machine had no cash in it so I went into the store to ask for cashback where the response was you have to buy something when I complained about this your manager Gemma storming over in a bit of a huff asking the cashier is at the tobacconist who is it did not want to help me did not want to do anything if this is how your store manager Neil wants to run a superstore maybe it is time for him to work for the competition because seriously do I really need to go back to Tesco? Obviously every little helps is a little bit too much these days I will be putting this on Google I will be putting this on any review site that I can possibly find I as you can tell I am not happy thanks for your help Tesco"

"Busy petrol station in a good location. The prices are slightly high but affordable. The pumps were a little bit dirty for me but the shop was clean and organised and the team member who served me was friendly. All the pumps should have to have the pay at pump service and not just the side ones!"
