"I have order many times never bothered i got missing items or my drink is flat its very important if some taking my order they need to be nice but this Monday around 6 o'clock this young guy was so rude he could here me every word except my order as soon as i start my order he was keep on saying can you move little forward coz he could not here me I move forward as much as i could and try to speak up so he could here me but there was no luck he was repeating him self asking me to move bit forward, he was laughing about it look like he was having some sort of fun he disgust me i end up ordering on the window and I have to wait to next window for my food cuz it wasn't ready, he disturb me so much that now i don't feel like going to McDonald any more."

"Ordered food for collect in the drive thru, confirmed the code and was told to wait anywhere in the car park. Staff member was walking round aimlessly , i waited half an hour for the food before going back to the drive thru to see what was going on they had no record of the order even tho it was ordered by the app. Manager confirmed i would get a refund but was still charged a few days later fo clearly this was a lie"

"It's not a bad McDonald's. Staff are good. The McCrispy though. £6.59? That's in their premium burger territory, and it isn't premium. The quality of the chicken is much lower than the chicken legend, and more expensive. Thin pieces of chicken, looked like mechanically recovered - I don't care what they say. And more coating than chicken. Won't be going back for that again. Just a rip off dreamt up in HQ."

"Read several reviews mentioning long queues and cold food. I went on a Sunday around 6pm - very short queue at the drive-through and was served quickly. However, the food was indeed cold. My fries (large) were more like a medium as they didn’t fill up the container."

"Went through the drive through and were told to wait as the food wasn't ready. We found a parking space which wasn't easy as the parking spaces were all full of people waiting for foid orders. One of the staff was aimlessly wandering around the car park with bags of food going cold. When I asked him what he had it turned out to be my food, which was now cold. The chips were just emptied in to the bag, items were missing and he also gave us somebody else's food. I then went into the store where there was a queue of people also waiting to get there orders. The manager remade my order as it was cold and looked like someone had been playing football with it. The food that people were waiting for was in a pile going cold and the staff were just stood around laughing at the whole situation. Avoid at all costs, it is the worst macdonalds I have ever been to."
