"Can’t understand how this place has 4.9 stars. Reading the reviews and something doesn’t seem right with them. Guy behind counter was so engrossed in his phone he didn’t even know we’d walked in and were stood for two mins staring at him. Burger was basic with no toppings just cheese and ‘smash sauce’ which was an incredibly peppery steak type sauce but way too peppery. Chips were ok. The meal deal pictures all show an irn bru as the drink but we were given Pepsi max. Asked for an irn bru and was made out we were being done a favour for giving us it as it normally comes with Pepsi ‘because it’s cheaper’."
