"Not that impressed up to now. On phoning to book my appointment both locations I was offered were not accessible on public transport from where I live and not many dates to choose from. It was a struggle to fit in around work and when I could find someone to give me a lift. I asked if I would be receiving treatment at this appointment and was told yes if possible, on that note I got a family member to take me after a 12 hour night shift on very little sleep,thinking I was having a procedure done. I was dismayed to find it was another consultation despite already having a consultation at my local doctors. I suffer with anxiety so had got myself stressed but accepting I was having something done, but now I have to go through that all again on what will be my third appointment regarding this matter. The location is really difficult for me to get to without having to trail yet again. Previously I've just been to my local surgery who have carried out treatments there and then I don't understand why all this is necessary, seems to be making everything alot more difficult than it needs to be!"

"Referral for physio on my knee. I found the service very organised & staff on reception extremely helpful. After seeing Robbie the physiotherapist & sticking to his advice my Knee has improved. A way to go yet but so pleased it’s working. NB: Parking not good especially if disabled. Give yourself plenty of time to get parked. I really struggled and had to park right outside on double yellows as every space taken in parking bays opposite. I deducted one star for the parking but the service deserved 5."
"Pretty good had to wait a bit but they apologised. I'm booked on 6 week falls course,followed by a 6 weeks of hip and knees physio. It was a little confusing finding the place as the board was pointing in opposite direction for my approach. Ft that you were listened to unlike some physios I've had previously,he was very polite and understanding."
"Was supplied with a new hearing aid as mine stopped working. When a new one is supplied it has to be synched with the other one on their computer so that it can connect to your bluetooth through the app. This was not done and waited a month for appointment, for something that should have been done when i got my new hearing aid. Just received another phone call from Novus saying that due to sickness they have to cancel yet another appointment, so now have to wait another 2 weeks. Shoddy practice"
