"I went to Dr Sharma after struggling to get appointments with my own GP surgery. Great service, and excellent results. I have had a frozen shoulder for 6 months. My GP surgery had cancelled appointments and I had only ever had telephone calls. Nothing face to face and no examination. After a FACE TO FACE consultation, Dr Sharma gave me a steroid injection. Just 24 hours later and I already have a marked improvement in mobility. I would have no hesitation in booking to see Dr Sharma again and would certainly recommend the clinic to anyone. Shame I can't give 10 stars. Outstanding!!!"

"Hayfever injection disaster – Totally botched a simple procedure – Go elsewhere! I went to Dr Shama for this very simple procedure in April 2021. Firstly, I was charged for a double dose and only injected with a single dose. I had to return 3 months later for a top up. Secondly, in her haste, Dr Shama removed the injection needle whilst still inserting the Kenalog solution into my buttock. As a result, I suffered a ‘fat atrophy’ or a complete loss of fat at the injection site. I have contacted Dr Shama on multiple occasions to get support or even an apology from her careless action and have received no such care. This is a very simple procedure and I strongly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I have had to have multiple treatments to get the shape of my buttock back to where it was, all at massive cost. I’ve approached Dr Shama several times to ask about her financial support in putting right the damage done by a careless act of haste, but she doesn’t return my calls and I have only received horrible letters from her legal insurance company. Really poor service and not what you expect from a reputable private doctor. My recommendation is don’t risk this simple procedure with Dr Shama."

When I had my consultation Dr Shama instantly made me feel at ease and comfortable, and answered any questions I had. She reassured me and went into detail explaining my condition; she is very knowledgable and her experience shows. Throughout my treatment program Dr Shama took time, effort and care, and went well above and beyond her duty as a doctor.
