"Big shout out to Alan in the Sheffield branch. Alan went above and beyond to help us out after being let down by Leeds store. We arrived two minutes before closing time, as Alan could see we were a little stressed he insisted we stay to sort it. Big thumbs up Alan"
"The service we recieved has always been good but the quality of the kitchen has been dubious The cabinets have been ok but the doors have been a disaster. We chose an Icelandic blue perspex door which was not a cheap option and have had nothing but problems. We have given up and intend to replace them with someone elses. The original doors warped and were replaced, the second set also warped so there was no point having another set. They have also moved out of line. The drawer fronts are living away from the fittings now. It looks awful and I am so, so dissappinted as this was thousands of pounds which we feel has been a total waste of our hard hearned money. The 2 stars are for the considerate staff not the product."
