"I bought the land lover velar from this branch last year. It make noise when I press the brake. They said they can not do anything regards this noise while I’m still in my warranty. They said I have to pay for changing brake pad but the noise will come back again. The other land lover change brake pad free for me as was in warranty but still there is noise. I done test drive for other velar which didn’t have that noise. I will do Legal action as my car is still under warranty and they don’t do anything. I’m not happy with this noise and strongly advise not to buy velar specifically from this branch as they don’t cover anything"
"I have been using Rocker Land Rover Service Centre for two years and cannot praise my experience with this Service Centre enough. Best Land Rover Service Centre in London in my opinion. Chris in the service department is excellent. He is extremely professional, courteous and a real asset and gentleman. Recently, my central locking failed and even though they were fully booked for 2 weeks, he managed to fit the car in for an urgent repair and also get an oil issue checked. Over the years, I have had my DPF replaced, throttle body replaced, suspension arms done, full annual services all at very reasonable rates. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else."

"Unit C Twelvetrees Crescent E3 3JG. I had a service booked for 8am. I got there at 8am the gates were not opened. After 20 minutes it finally opened. However, I could not drive in due to the forecourt had stationary cars parked there at the entrance. I then went to customer service desk at 8:30am and spoke to the person who just walked into reception and told me that it will take another 20 minutes to clear the cars. The person didn’t bother to explain why there has been such a long delay and didn’t even apologise. I left after that. I will never book my service there again. Wasted my time and effort. I have made an official complaint to Jaguar and I will take it to Twitter if I do not hear anything back."
"I booked my car for service 25/05/21 due to a noise coming from underneath the car. They told me that wield from the Heath shield is gone so they had to wield it again.28/05/21 they return my car they said it’s fixed Same day 28/05/21 I drove my car to work, on the middle of my driving the check engine light turned on. Unfortunately it’s late and it’s long weekend due to bank holiday so I can’t reach anyone from the garage. 30/05/21 I called the roadside assistance because Im bit worried. The roadside assistance told me that the hose from adblue is not connected and it’s leaking adblue. The roadside technician is told me to return it back to auto centre. That week after bank holiday I was trying to book but they told me that they are fully book. They booked me 08/06/21,I told them that my the technician told me that I have to return my car to them and also the noise from underneath the car is making noise again. They returned the car to me yesterday 10/06/21 they said DEF is working properly because as per roadside technician I have to return the car to the garage because it’s not working properly. As per the noise I think they did not even bother to check, because they told me that they coulnd find any and just return it if it make noise again. Today the 11/06/21 I start my car as I’m going home coming from nights I noticed the noise is still there. It’s so disappointing that with those given days to rectify the fault,the end up result is same thing nothing is fix. The hussle that they cost me it’s not acceptable. Now I don’t know if I going to bring back my car to them, as I know that they are cowboy. Avoid, avoid,avoid."
