"I bought a 12 battery for my BMW because the old battery was dead. They asked me to bring my car to the workshop but it was 500 meters away and was not starting. They sold me an empty battery with 0 % charging. After struggling with it for hours, I came back to the workshop and asked if the battery had been charged. They promised that battery was OK. At the end when I was able to start my car and came to them again, they found out that sold battery was dead."

"Mark, Jason and Ash are amazing (at Streatham High Road) The level of customer service Kwik Fit offer is possibly the best I have ever known. My car had its MOT yesterday (I was concerned about my battery and wish I had got it changed last night) it was flat again at 11.30 and once restarted, I called here, virtually begging for a new battery as need to get my son to Heathrow (leaving at 2 for his 4pm check in for his flight to Australia) and Jason said to bring it in. Cannot thank your team enough for helping me out and being so nice about it. They are fitting my battery now Truly amazing team!"
