"We paid to have the bed assembled on site, but the workers who delivered and assembled the bes told me they received no extra pay for the effort and time taken to assemble the bed. It is entirely unethical for Bensons not to pass this fee on to the people that actually do the work."
"Purchased an ottoman bed from here. The delivery got delayed by a month fron original date, understandable these are weird times right now. However, we weren’t informed that you need a big hallway/staircase for it to be manoeuvred into your bedroom. So it didn’t work, had to be taken back. (Apparently 1 in 5 deliveries are like this according ti the driver) But the big kicker is that we had to pay 20% cancellation fee! Through no fault of our own, the sales people in shop need to make sure that the customers house can fit these bed frames in. Absolutely unacceptable."
"Can not fault the delivery drivers but the company I will never deal with again! We ordered the bed December 27th 2021 to be told it would arrive 3rd March which was fine. When arrived the mattress was not there I got told the day before it wasn’t coming with no date to when it would be. After ringing a few times and taking a hour to get threw we got no where plenty of empty promises though!!! We went down to the shop numerous times and the lady helped to chase it emailing etc constantly we eventually got a text out of the blue saying it would arrive this was 28th March and when it arrived the packaging was ripped and marks were on the mattress!!! We could not send it back as my daughter had been sleeping on a borrowed old mattress on top of the bed base!!!!"
"The salesperson was very helpful in showing me the type of bed I was requiring. She also showed me the types of headboard and the different colours I could choose, which informed my choice. She was not at all pushy and left me to browse until I had made my choice. There is a wide choice of beds available, too."
