"Kpm customer service staff very rude specially the lady called Shirley. As soon as i mentioned I’m covered by the warranty she wasn’t comfortable with it anyway they made excuses to fix my rear wheel for u turn and blamed there was water inside and that’s the nature we can’t do anything about it . Avoid these scammers at all cost go to private where u can see what is happening in ur vehicle and don’t bother taking warrant because there’s no warrant their warrant only covers minor issues .I’m never gonna bother again waste of time and my hard work money"
