"Took my van in to get crankshaft pully and fanbelt done.. Paul told us it would be done within a few days but 2 weeks later and the part still ‘didnt arrive’ and he had no idea where it was. This was a work van and the only reason why we took it there as he said he can get it sorted asap.. constant lies over the phone, quite rude, no communication at all and just a terrible experience. We ended up getting the keys from him, and got it sorted the SAME DAY with someone else!!! I would never ever recommend Beckenham MOT! Probably the worst garage locally."
