"I have booked an appointment with them for MOT for my car. My car is not new but it is in a good condition. Last year I made a full service of the car and before the summer I went to the mechanic. So the MOT in Wallers had failed. The reason what they told me was it did not have any break on my back passenger tire. I was surprised how I cannot feel any difference in my car by the time I was driving it. So it was difficult for me to accept this but after they tried to persuade me I accepted it. They told me that I don’t have any lights working on my car and I cannot drive the car at night time. I was even more surprised because I was driving the car at night time and the lights were working. So I went in my car to check and I could not see any icons for my lights on the dash-board. After trying the lights I saw the lights for the night vision were working and they (two of the mechanics in Wallers) were surprised and they said "O, they work!?". I have noticed the parking sensors did not work and the sound for the left headlight on did not work. After seeing that I told them I don't believe them and my car is in terrible condition after their MOT only. The day was Thursday evening. I asked them they to fix the car how it was before their MOT - with working signs on the dash-board, working sound for left lights on and working parking sensors. They told me to bring the car back on Saturday morning. The next day I could not wait and I rung to the garage and I wanted to talk to the owner of the garage. He told me to go there if I want to talk to him. So I went there with my colleague. We met and he told me that they can fix the car but I have to pay. I said to them that’s I will complain to the police and DVSA and I asked for their names. They have refused to tell the names. The owner of the garage told me that I have psychological problems and “You are a stupid women”. So I have realized I don’t want to interact any longer with those people. I went to the mechanic from the last year to check the car and he said there is no problem with the brake and the fuse was blown. He has changed two bulbs, the fuse and he did the MOT. I had 14 days to go back to the Wallers for MOT for free but I don't trust them. The Wallers are on my doorstep and the MOT is 30 pounds. This was the reason for me to go there. I hope this will be helpful someone."
