"Very helpful and kind! Great service, really appreciated his help. We were stuck down a muddy hill in some allotments, it wasn't a big one but it was enough to make us slide and not able to reverse back. We called this company as it was the closest to us. Unfortunately, where we were it was too narrow to come with his pick up truck, and he would have probably got stuck as well. He did everything he could to help us out, even waited for over 40 minutes until my family arrived. They all helped push the car back up the hill and in the end he didn't want to take any money as he didn't use his truck. We gave him something for all his effort, really appreciated the help."
