"Genuinely brilliant company. I cannot speak highly enough of Charlie, Paul, and Godfrey's attitude, honesty, and work. After buying a second-hand car this past October, I immediately had a problem with the car not starting. AA found the nearest garage to me, Sloane Services, and helped me arrange an appointment. Paul and Charlie asked if they could take several days to find out and diagnose the problem. They did not want to jump straight into replacing parts at a high cost if there was a more economical solution. They found that the car had the incorrect battery installed and were able to have it fixed and back to me quickly. I then had to take the car back a few weeks later for additional work unrelated to the first visit. Once again, I was impressed with how thorough the team are. They do not want to rush through a job simply to fix a symptom. They seem to really be passionate about finding the root cause of an issue and making sure that you will have a safe and reliable car to drive. I was worried when I first visited that because the garage is in Chelsea I would be paying a small fortune for the work. Charlie communicated the costs and any work needed regularly, and I paid exactly what had been quoted. No hidden fees or surprises. Quite often in London, because there are so many choices, it's difficult to know where to go for services or who to trust. I am certainly going to use Sloane Services for as long as I remain in London and can recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone who needs a new trustworthy garage."
