It was completely cracked quite common on Old C class’s especially w204’s Jit was very helpful he allowed me to drop a second hand part off and come back with my car at a later time. He also kept me updated every step of the way and let me know if there were any other issues with the car. He will not take your money if it isn’t needed only on things that are literally broken, he’ll recommend to replace it and give the choice to the customer (myself) At the end of the job he took it on a test drive and let me know it was ready for collection. Communication is key especially nowadays where a lot of businesses don’t care to let you know if something has changed. Will definitely be back again. Fantastic service and great people!"
