"they charged 3000 pounds for body work, that they had to do 3 times. they gave us a dirty remplacement car where we found cigarette butt on the seat, even we told them we have a new born.(they dont seem to care about that) my VW tiguan was still showing warning after the third time they tried to fix it and the front was not right. we went to VW they check and they told me that they need to redo everything as they used old pieces and not VW product. when VW guys did the job they found out that they did not replace anything inside they just did a superficial work to make it look good. below see what VW found when they remove the pieces fixed by LMS !!!!"
