"This garage came out to jump start my car free of charge in order for me to take the car in to the garage- which I was very grateful for. I had been smart quoted £120 for a battery replacement which I was told was not accurate but that they would try and keep the cost as similar as possible. 20 minutes after dropping my car off at the garage I received a call stating that it would cost £450 for a new battery. After speaking to a couple of garages nearby and looking online on Halfords/AA/RAC/Kwikfit I gaged the approximate price for this job was around £200-£250 so did not go ahead with this garage. I am convinced they were taking advantage of me as a young girl on my own and they assumed that I would know no better."
