"I was quoted a price higher than what was offered elsewhere but the mechanic promised that this would be reflected in the speed of the job (4 days as promised). It is currently day 20 and we are still discussing ordering parts. Don’t make promises you cannot keep. Very unprofessional / Bad customer service. Collecting my car today to finish elsewhere with zero % refund. Do not pay him upfront"
