"The ONLY mechanic i fully trust with my cars! Brought my 335i here after it would randomly switch off on me whilst driving and eventually became a non starter. Took the car to 2 different mechanics, one was too busy to fit my car in and the second kept my car for over a month and still didnt have a clue on what the issue was. Within 1 day he arranged to see my car at my location to do a diagnostics. Straight away from him doing the diagnostics i could tell that he has SERIOUS knowledge. He didnt just plug in the diagnostics and show me random codes, he cross checked each fault code and told me exactly why im getting them and he was able to pin point the problem down to my ECU. We ordered the part and within 1 week of recieving the part, Ali had my car back up and running with the new ECU coded in perfectly to the car; He would also keep me updated each step of the way. "I had a very good experience. Ali was professional, transparent and most helpful which gave me a lot of confidence. I was able to share a diagnostic report via a Whatsapp group with him. He quickly came back confirming what repair will be required. I was given timing estimates which allowed me to arrange childcare. He then delivered on time. As he was working on the mechatronic unit I asked him to service the main gearbox which he did at a very reasonable price. The workshop certainly isn't as glamorous as a main Audi dealer, however the service and delivery definitely is."
