"This garage is a rip-off. Had a burst heater hose and they told me it was a 3 hour job. The job should only take half hour. They charged me £280. I would never recommend this place. As for being upfront, you definitely wasn't. You wouldn't tell me the price at the start. You knew I could not just drive the car away so you took advantage of that situation. You only gave me the price when I came to pick the car up. As I said you are just a rouge scamming backstreet garage."
