First, Matt was really helpful over the phone and so was a lady I spoke to (didn't catch her name) and then Justin - he did everything from there. You can tell he has a real passion for what he does and very thorough. He did all the paperwork for me (including taxing the new car), part exchanged my car and even insisted on cleaning the Mazda car before I took it - even though it already looked good and he was already really busy. "Bought a used hyuandi Tucson from Les at the Chorleywood branch. Les was a great guy and also dealt with Justin at their Rickmansworth branch. Both decent blokes, knowledgeable and helpful. Had a couple of post sale issues and they dealt with without hesitation. Have the extend warranty through then but they said any future issues just to get in touch.
