"The best taxi service around Chiswick and Hammersmith in my opinion! Not only you get the text message confirming the booking, but they are excellent communicators, always on time and always reliable! Yesterday I was coming back from Frankfurt at the time when England was playing France, and that meant that Heathrow ground services virtually grounded to a halt. Not only our flight was delayed, but there was nobody on the ground at Heathrow to "take us in". We've sat on runway for hours. I was so stressed, but the taxi driver was sooo understanding and so calm. He waited for nearly 2hrs extra in the end and charged a sensible amount. It was such a relief! So thank you to Kings cars for outstanding service (and massive Boo to Heathrow!)"
"I used the company twice. Once to go to Stansted and once back from Gatwick. Total shambles the second time....had to wait 45 minutes for the driver at 11pm with 3 children under 7. I had read all the reviews which were impressive but the experience here was terrible. I also considered booking an UberXL while waiting for the driver and Uber was quoting 38 pounds less....at least I gave it a try"
