"I don't recommend it for automatic gearbox problems. I was very disappointed with this garage. I talked with them on the phone and explained that my car was an automatic hybrid and that the trouble seemed to be related to the gearbox. They told me to bring the car around and forgot to mention they cannot do anything related to Toyota's hybrid automatic gearboxes, specifically the one in my car, for which they had the model before I brought it in. They checked it for 100 pounds just to tell me that yes, it was a problem with the gearbox as I suspected already and they could do nothing about it. Very unprofessional not to mention from the beginning that this is something they cannot solve. Now I have to take it to Toyota where I'll be paying another 100 pounds for the investigation. Very unprofessional."
