"From 5 stars to none. Was 8 minutes late due to an accident, inclement weather and in addition the bin men were parked in the forecourt. A man with earrings and no customer service skills rushed out to inform me that I’d lost my slot. This was after they had to cancel my initial MOT. He told me I’d get an email confirming the cancellation . Still not received anything. Was not sure he knows how to use a computer. Gone down the road and used an independent garage. Avoid unless you like to be patronised by a thicko!!"
