"More than just a garage and sending my heartfelt thanks. Last week my dad passed away, my oil light had been on for a couple of days. When I stopped at a petrol station my bonnet would not open for me to put more oil in. I needed to drive to my daughter to let her know about her grandad in person but didn't feel safe doing so with warning light. I drove to Cramers my usual garage. Upon relaying my predicament to Bala he immediately stopped what he was doing, helped me open the bonnet, filled my car with oil and refused to accept any payment.
