"Terrible customer service. Sharon on the phone, who I believe is the receptionist, was of no help. Almost felt like she started shouting and said that I was complicating matters when all I had asked for was to change the side door moulding colour to match the colour of the car rather than original default grey following a quote I had received when I visited the garage. Will happily take my business elsewhere. Edit: To Dawn; I had already been in with my vehicle and this is how I got the original .pdf estimate over email. With the quote valid for 3 months, it took me a while to actually get round to wanting to book the car in, so I'm not sure where you have got your information from about never being in for an estimate. All I asked on the phone was to swap the mouldings that were quoted on the estimate for black ones, rather than the original colour of grey/silver. This is when I felt your staff started raising their voice, so if you want to take the word from a different customer and not listen to my concerns then OK, let's leave it at that. Thank you"
"Very happy with their professionalism and standards. I had an m.o t and to my utter surprise, they pointed out an oil leak. I stupidly went to the so called garage opposite the golf course 3 weeks prior to the m.o.t for an oil change!!!!!!!!! Which cost a more than it did with Bushey Hall Garage I'll say no more, other than, I will only ever go to Bushey Hall Garage now."
