But it has taken me over 3 months (despite constant reminders, ending with threats of legal action, for breach of contract) to get him to finish the certification on a boiler installation which he was required to do within 30 days. I had paid him the agreed sum and can only surmise that he was after more money . I cannot trust him anymore"
