"Excellent place to take the little ones. Plenty of toys and climbing frames for them to wear themselves out. The play plus a meal is good value with plenty of choice. My 4yrs old grandson loves it."
"Good local place to take my daughter too, but if she was smaller and couldn't climb on stuff there wouldn’t be much more for her to do, none of the baby toys work as if the batteries have ran out and they’ve just not bothered changing them, but other than that yeah my little one enjoyed it."
"Not the best place,. Tables packed quite close to each other. Had a problem with a food order and someone came out of the kitchen with a bad attitude, and was very rude . Paid for kids box but was told to get to back of queue again . Inexperienced staff on and off till. Nothing likeable about this place. Small play area with not a lot to do. Awful coffee and food not great. Not a patch on other places. 1st and last visit. Will stick to the ones we usually go to in future. I do not recommend"
"Visited today for the first time. I thought the soft play was good for my 11 month old twins and they enjoyed the ball pool. There were also lots of different toys for them to play with and keep them entertained. However- there were signs up all over saying you were not allowed to consume your own food and drink. I always take them a pack up to soft plays as they both have CMPA and are fussy eaters. I buy myself a meal and a drink so it's not like I'm not spending extra money to use the facilities. I was told their pack up wasn't allowed due to others who could have allergies? Never known this at any soft play? We weren't asked about any allergies on the way in so not sure how they can keep a track of this? Myself and my friend ended up leaving and going to a cafe nearby to buy our lunch where they were more than happy to accommodate the babies pack up. So they actually lost our custom due to this unusual rule."
"Not a bad children’s play area… Facilities and size: Play area is pretty big and zoned off as Under 2’s, 2-4yrs, 3+ play. The zoning off could be better to stop older children going into younger children’s zones. This could be achieved by changing the layout - moving to the opposite side and separating with seating. There is lots of seating available and a male, female and disabled/baby change toilet facility. Cleanliness: The place is immaculate!! Food and catering: There is a wide choice of food available and good packages for children - hot and cold food. The price of the food is a little higher than expected. Safety and security: There is a staff controlled entrance and doors have barriers so pretty secure. Staff are friendly and quick to serve. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were two pay to use rides and a few toy dispense machines - if you’ve already paid to play then I don’t think you should have to pay for added extras that children are going to ask for. Just felt like a cheeky chance to squeeze a bit more cash from people. You could argue that ‘you can always just say no to your child’ BUT this then means that if you choose to go to Junglemazia one of three things is going to happen: 1. Your child will ignore the nice sounding, flashy-lights ride on machines etc (you hope!!). 2. You’re going to be fleeced for a couple of quid for your child to have a couple of minutes on a ride. 3. You’re going to have to say to your child ‘no’. I’d much prefer that people were saved the hassle and that the add on extras were ditched. Overall…lovely place, very clean and free parking available."
